Louisville Parade of Lights

We ventured out into the cold tonight to take the girls to the local parade down Main Street in Old Town Louisville. We went with our great friends (and Sarah's Godparents) Holly and Garett and their son Sawyer. We had such fun. Matigan was so excited to ride on Ryan's shoulders and to see the fire trucks, marching bands, and floats go by. OK, so really she was just interested in who was throwing candy! We had a great time and the girls were so well behaved and had fun.

Matigan was genuinely excited to see Santa (this is a first for her). Perhaps a sign of more fun to come this holiday season?!

Sarah was so bundled up her car seat straps barely buckled, but she was warm and cozy and enjoyed being outside. By the end of the evening she was quite hungry and was desperately trying to eat her zipper! Here is a little video.... followed by some pictures.

Even though Sarah was hungry, she didn't cry and was such a trooper.

Family fun

The days just keep getting better!

This weekend we will tackle potty training Matigan, wish us luck!

cute pics... hope potty training is a success. I am still working on McClaine. Kinda slow with boys!
