Yes, yes, I'm so far behind in my blog posts! Life keeps getting in the way. And by life, I mean trips to swimming pools, trail runs, work, work, tea parties, and story times.
Ryan ran the Big Horn Wild and Scenic Trail run for the 3rd straight year in June. It has become a fun and exciting trip for the whole family. This year, Ryan had a fabulous race, shaving one hour off of his 50 mile time last year! Way to go Ryan!!! Here are some pics of our fabulous trip to Dayton, WY and our stay at my godparent's amazing ranch!

As I write this post Ryan is on his last huge training run in preparation for the Leadville 100 (yes, that is 100 miles of running and hiking over large mountains - all in under 30 hours). He's about 22 miles into 34 today. We are so proud of him and can't wait to cheer him on in Leadville on August 20th!! Go Ryan Go!!
