San Francisco!

My girls weekend with Jen continued with a scenic drive from Napa to San Francisco. It started out a fairly nice day, but as we got closer to San Fran the fog enveloped much of the area. So much so that we could hardly see the Golden Gate Bridge, which was the only reason for the alternate route. Oh well, we still loved every minute and had a terrific journey!

We parked and walked around town for a couple hours. We visited Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square and everything in between.

Bay Bridge

Alcatraz

There had to be 100+ Sea Lions on the floating docks. We could hear them from a block or two away and found ourselves fascinated by their behavior (although many of them were sleeping)

There were a few playful fights going on
Overall the trip was a huge success and the 48 hours that Jen and I had together in CA were amazing! I desperately needed the time away from home and time to get in touch with Me. Ryan and the girls had a terrific weekend and didn't miss a beat. Ryan is such a great dad and we are so blessed!
