Bolder Boulder Rocked!

What a fantastic day for the Bolder Boulder!!! The skies were crystal clear and that fabulous Colorado Blue. The Flatirons were crisp and stunning and the temperature was perfect for a run!

This year I ran the Bolder Boulder for the first time. I was joined by two of my great friends, Jen Drolet and Melody Payne (and there were 50,000+ other runners too). We had a terrific time and soaked up all the craziness of the event. The course was filled with great entertainment (bands, belly dancers, etc...), people handed out warm bacon (smelled great, but we didn't eat any) and at one point marshmallows were flying through the air. It's an event like nothing I've ever seen. The finish is in the CU Buffaloes stadium and it was such a great experience. I will definitely do this run again!!

For anyone interested here is the overview of our run: Boulder Bolder Course/Results.
Here are a few pics from after the race.
